Whats wrong with SEDO?

Wasnt sure where to place this thread...but SEDO is pulling my tail for like 2 weeks.

After a couple of counteroffers at SEDO I purchased one domain (that's what I thought). I sent money to SEDO Escrow and they notified me that they will wait for the seller to push domain to their account.....so, I am waiting, and waiting...and then I find out that the SAME domain is listed at Namejet auction?!?
So, I ask SEDO if I bought domain or not and should I just go to that auction since there is few days left for the end of the auction.,,They were like, naah, you bought it with us, it is your domain, just wait.

So, I wait again and after my 3rd message (telling them that something fishy is going on )since the seller still didnt push domain to their account they...cancelled the transaction and notified me that I can sue the fake seller.

OK, whatever, BUT they will refund me money ($900) "shortly". This shortly is already 3 days.

SEDO, is it that hard to push Refund button?

To recap

1. Lost 15 days already
2. Seller wanted to sell something he dont own (I guess)
3. When SEDO say shortly this means at least a week.
