I have a handful of bidders who were eager to bid and now not too eager to pay for their winning bids.

What is the proper limit of time to allow someone to pay for a domain before relisting it or selling it else where?

On NamePros? I think the rules say 7 days if you have not specified otherwise in your auction threads. You should also report all non-payers to the Moderators. In order to weed out any bad apples.
