Hi Guy's,

Im interested to know would you pay for a email address with good ext.

I.E. - I have [email protected] - I think this is short and sweet!

Now lets say I want to sell it - What would someone pay to own it?

I mean there are probally at least 1000+ people called Robbie that live in Newyork and might want to own this?

I am just wondering as I see a company that has lots of domains and they were offering email addresses for sale with account and various email size boxes etc.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Rob

I'm sure someone would but I would not.

I use my own domain name to setup email addresses. I don't want to risk losing my email address one day because I forget to or choose not to pay the monthly fee anymore.

It'd take something better than just a flashy domain. I think if you coupled it with a good spam-fighting service and offered some other perks, you'd have something. However, I see no reason to want an email address so badly to forsake the free offerings of Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail. On top of that, you can almost always come up with your own domain's email rather cheaply.

That's what I like to do, too. :tu:

I pay for the domain registration fee each year, then I have the power of Gmail for my domain. Works great for me, since I use MyFirstName[at]MySurname.com. :)
