In my country (India), its 'Cell'

I dont think most people use the entire term. Its either 'Cell', or 'Mobile'
But of course, thats for common usage...the proper name should be Cell Phone or Mobile Phone

In most contries in South east asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, etc), I believe the most popular term is "handphone" imho
