What's the best tool to create animated flash banners ?

hey! guys i like to create flash banners with glittering text. what is the best banner making software to create animated swfs and gifs ?

Not sure what exactly you mean but I usually use Flax or Swish for TEXT effects !

Me too. FlaX is pretty well for the simple animated text effects.

If you want quick flash banners to be made, use Flax, MixFX or AnimFX. If you want to hand code them, use Macromedia(now Adobe) flash or swish.

I haven't yet had a chance to try this, but I hear that Macromedia Flash 8.0 is the best software out there for creating flash banners and such.

i use adobe image ready jus because i can integrate it with photoshop and plus it came free with it

Yes, it is but it isn't cheap.

why dont you try SWISH, the easiest flash animation environment, can mak your flash banner in minute, really cool
