Best Flash Software To Design Banners?

Just wondering which software is the best for flash animation and to design banners!

i use flash mx , swish and koolmoves for most of my flash works.
recently i have started using vertical moon products like Text Osterone and also a new product goldshell fax
really it depends on how comfortable you are with a product.

u can use glanda too, is very easy to use, but not powerful as mx
