In the news yesterday several articles regarding a potential Mac botnet.
So I reg'd MacBot.net and MacBotnet.com and parked them at WhyPark (for now),
in the hopes for some key-in traffic if a mac botnet ever becomes an issue.
But AdSense is sizing up the two names entirely differently regardless of similar page content and meta tags. I've tried to make it about anti-virus software, but MacBotnet.com gets weird game cheat ads and gold sales and even steam baths, while Macbot.net gets the anti-virus ads I intended.
I just don't know what the difference is or why Google is deciding that way or if there's anything I can do to make MacBotnet.com show anti-virus ads instead of the ones AdSense is choosing now.
