Flashing Ad Virus

Hey Gang, i have recently somehow managed to acquire a virus which has taken over all advertising on my Mac Book, it is driving me nuts, even when i disable cookies and have tried over steps to halt this annoying predicament ?

I wonder if anyone else has copped a virus on their Mac lately, i think i got when downloading a media player which i have deleted now but the problem still exists

Love to read some advice on this problem

Every time i go to google or youtube these flashing ads are driving me nuts !!!

Also i now have green underlined words (obviously links to ads) as well have numerous websites collecting cookies when i have a look on security preferences

Even when i go to edit a post a flashing ad appears and top banner namepros ads are getting replaced ??
