Hello all
am not an enom fan but got few domains up there
i have a domain name that is suppose to be expiring today
ive been trying to renew since 15 days with no luck
i tryed 5 credit cards none of them worked the site is informing me as follow

Credit card was declined. Authorization Refused. (Declined by Risk Management) - This may be due to a bad credit card verification number or date.
Payment Error. Credit card declined.

i contacted them they asked me to use another credit card i used 5 credit cards with no luck at all although all of them are working on other sites
have anyone experienced this before ??

today it will i have to pay extra costs to get it back after it expires or i just pay the normal price ??

Regards :(
Ryan

I guess it's because of your location.

Ditto sdsinc. You usually get around 30 days to renew at no extra cost. You might also try a transfer out. I don't know if eNom allows you transfer out expired domains, but they are supposed to.

Yeah,

I'm having the same problem with my credit card at another registrar because of my current IP in Eastern Europe (I'm guessing, anyway). I just emailed my rep and he took care of things for me on his end.

Fortunately, I had emailed him before I left the states to let him know where I would be and how long I would be gone.

Get a VPN so you could fake a US IP address:

Try to talk with Enom. Or transfer the domain away ASAP. Or try to push to the account of a trusted person that could renew the domain for you.
I don't advise faking your IP to a US location for example. Because Enom must have flagged your account as possible security risk. So faking your IP could lead them into thinking you have something to hide and are up to no good %%-
