What Vps do i need ?

guys , i would be happy to get your help
i have been looking at vps servers at different sites , and they all different plans with - but i am not sure what do i need

i need it for 10k uv a day web site , the web site itself its only one page , but with many images - around 400 small ones .

what do i need in terms of
CPU, ram , disk space , bandwitdh etc

and if we already on it - i would be happy to get recommendation for budget vps that could meet my needs . ( that have cPanel and also could help me transfer the site files )

You need to give more details about visitor behavior and stats that indicate the daily distribution of visitors. What is your current hosting setup? And do you need a managed or unmanaged VPS? Most hosts will transfer your files for free from CPanel to CPanel. You can look at lowendbox for budget VPS but as the name says, the offers are low end and you should not expect much in terms of uptime and reliability. Good luck!

How could he not know how much money he wishes to spend on this? It is a major factor in recommending a provider to him so it would be very useful for us to know

I suppose you need small VPS to start. Then is that will be not enough you will be able to upgrade.
