What to do with the name I have

hi everyone
i own a domain name called www.mclaren.in
its named after a great formula one constructor
everybody says that TM issues will be there and some say that you are safe with that domain untilll you get only small anounts like mid$$$$ to high$$$

so what do you people suggest me to do with that .

You are infringing on mclaren's TM. You are already playing with fire, it is up to you how big you want it to burn.

Well, to put you on the right path, the amount of money has absolutely nothing to with TM issues. Also, what was your intention when you bought the domain? Obviously you know of the TM (or you would not have posted here) and you have no plan for it. Are you looking to make money from it? By your post, I would say yes and I beleive you want to make momey from the TM. So in all honestly, weigh your own risk, but you are more than likely squatting. To see how you can protect yourself, type in "celebs" into the search box and read up on the do and don'ts.

You might just contact them and ask if you can make a great site about mclaren...history, bio, current future, etc. They may like it...but since they already do a good job, I wouldn't count on it.

On the other hand...maybe a site about the mclarens of Scotland...that's really reaching, but you are limited.
