What to do!

I just bought a domain name that belongs to someone else.
Not sure how,but I have the reciept from Domain Direct to prove it.
Have you any suggestions on what I can do.

You need to explain in much more detail. You say you 'bought' a domain name. From who? An individual? Or did you register the name on your own? How does it belong to someone else if you bought it? You say you have a receipt to prove it. Prove what? That you own it or someone else owns it? Who is the receipt from?

From what I can guess, it sounds like he regged a domain at a registrar that was telling him it was available when it really wasn't. He probably paid for it, but since it was already registered, obviously he didn't get the name. When I was first starting out this happened to me with Poker.de on GoDaddy Too bad I didn't get it, I think it went for a million + recently.

If this is the case just contact your registrar for a refund.

Sorry,I wasn´t clear.
Domain Direct charged me for the name,which they had no right to do as it wasn´t for sale.
I will call them and get a refund.
