What are the things one need to considered before buying a domain, if one really want to make a quick sale because I still a newbie in this Domain Biz.

no quick easy money in domaining im afraid.
domaing learning curve is long and hard.. and requires lots of time and efforrt reading.. and in most cases, initially losing some money.. then if you persist and keep learning, u should see loses become profit. thats the truth all of us do not like to hear when we start, but all of us discover soon after we start. all the best.

Decide if you can afford to loose the amount of money you are putting into domain names as many names just never sell, quickly or over a period of time;

Good quality names and a bit of patience can lead to potential sales;
