discuss What nTLD would you launch for free?

If ICANN allowed you to create and launch your own TLD for free?
What TLD does not exist, but would bring opportunity to create many, many premium domain names?

Premium domain names are useless without a primary market.

I probably wouldn't because time is still a cost so 'free' isn't free. Plus then you have to market, develop a back end and pay staff to support your product.... and it's an aggressive enough space as it is.

Based on today’s data, 66% of TLDs are projected to operate at a loss for the next year based on conservative, yearly expenses of $150k

Would be fun to launch a TLD but hard to find business justification to do it. Even if it was free.
