Personally, I think all the new tlds will change the "same old thinking", that is usually associated with .TV

Ask youself this question: Now that investors can ceate their own "New TLD", If .TV (Tuvalu) did not already exist, would someone actually set up a "New .TV TLD" that would stand for television?

I think the answer is...

YES.

That being said, it only makes sense that .TV should gain greater acceptance regardless of what it actually stands for.

I don't thing the new tlds is the factor which will affect .tv valuation.

- new tld's can only bring positive development for .tv's, I ve blogged about it in the recent(?) past
- Just sold a .tv for low $$$$'s, wont sell any more of my real premiums that cheap.
- Dropping anything that is not making money or doesnt belong to a money making pattern.

I'm planning on reducing the number of .tv I own to about 40.

Not going to develop anything.

Not sure about the impact of new TLDs. We will have to see to find out the results!

Planning on dropping about 10 ,the others i will renew them ,not planning on getting anymore,although if something catches my eye i may do, depends what mood i am in.

Honestly, have no idea, what will be will be either way.

I am starting 2013 with the same gameplan i have always used, i don't have one.

I have one I'm planning on developing with both a mix of video tutorials and text.

I do however still have a slight hesitation of leaking traffic to the developed .com of the same name but I think that only lies in my old ways of thinking.

Guess I'll know for sure within a year or not.

I will try and sell most of what I have and go back to focusing on my main businesses.. Also..Domaining takes up a lot of time and over the years my eyes have really paid the price..

I own a beach club here in Thailand and my main focus will be on laying on the beach and playing around with a few sites and other businesses..

I personally feel over the next year or 2, we will see so much control over the net by the "Government", that many sites will be banned.. The internet is about to go through some major changes IMHO...
