i will give you a manual appraisal and print you a certificate....for a fee

why would you need a certificate for?

They are all worthless and pointless.
A domain doesn't sell because it has nice (complacent) appraisals, it sells because somebody wants it and will pay.

If someone has made an offer to buy your domain name, and they asked you to get a manual appraisal on your domain before they buy... DO NOT BUY ANY APPRAISAL CERTIFICATE. This is known as 'appraisal scam', they give you a paid appraisal and then they never buy the domain.

For the best manual appraisals, post your domain in an appraisal forum like this one, and we'll give you free appraisals. The good thing about forums is you (usually) get an interesting variety of answers... we don't just give you dollar amounts, we give you other comments about the value and use of the domain.

Welcome to Namepros, good luck

I do not need to print the valuation certificate but actually, I'm looking for serious business and fair, that I valued my domains, and so you know, the really worth the price in the market, to sell by Godaddy, Sedo and Afternic.

I was surprised, your comment is, although I am new to this field, as assessed domains, I thought I had to sell first before Godaddy, Sedo and Afternic, I have to buy manual appraissals by experts , for the ideal price to sell, and offer it to interested buyers, because in reality, I have no idea, really worth each domain as my fear, if I sell cheap, I lose the opportunity, and other people sell it more expensive. And grateful for your reply and for his humility.

I have almost two months, researching and buying domains, how it objective to sell.

My domains are (But dont idea what is the price for sell or bids):

These automated appraisal is not helpful!

That is true, as per blog, automatic appraisal not trust, but my fear, before selling, is that I have not really thought, as each domain that I have it, so, to avoid that mistake, it is preferable to hire a domain expert valuate appraisal, so you question in the forum, which of all the companies is best for manual appraisal domain.

I have almost two months, researching and buying domains, how it objective to sell.

You have many reason, better not to seek the manual appraisal domain, and start to publish my domain, as the domain is really worth, thank you and welcome to the forum.

Is that just, I'm starting to learn, and I have two months researching and buying domains with patience, to sell the domain.

Sorry, but it doesn't work like that.

Buyers don't need appraisals, if they like your domain (for a business venture or some other project), they will make an offer. They will offer what they deem fair or within their budget, regardless of actual value. But if nobody wants your domains, the appraisals are useless. Even an educated appraisal is a best-case scenario, that doesn't mean the domain will ever sell. 99% of domains will never sell.

I have some bad news: I don't see a lot of value in the whole portfolio. Many if not most are not be renewed imho.
Also, a number of those are trademark issues.

Thank you.

If I made an error on the brands. I think it will be impossible to sell.

And could you explain me, what are the best domains ideals never to make the same mistake. I thought I was on track.

1. Don't buy trademarked domains
2. Don't buy more than 2 word domains
3. Don't buy domains of more than 12 characters
4. Don't buy anything other than .com domains
5. Don't buy domains where the word order doesn't make sense.
6. Don't buy domains with extra characters, like your "y" domains
7. Don't buy hyphenated domains as a newbie because you need to know what you are doing.

Having said all that, I think your best domain is probably DealYachts.com and your worst is probably most of the others, but I particularly don't like orlandocarrentalairport.com or all your .co and .mobi domains (but it could have been almost any one of the others). I'd say none of them would sell on Sedo, Afternic, GoDaddy.

Finally you shouldn't be just collecting domains for resale. You should have at least an inkling of a plan for sale every domain you buy. It doesn't need to concrete, but it helps.

And as an afterthought, you should have a price for resale and a target audience in mind when you buy a domain.

If I sound a bit harsh, it's only for your own good. We've all been through these growing pains. So we know it hurts. (The second domain I ever bought was PizzaHut dot net. I though I was going to become a millionaire overnight).

If I had to keep one, it might be financementvoiture.fr.
At least this one makes sense.

phones.com.de is worthless, it's a private subdomain of com.de, not a real extension
nespressomaschinen.de => TM domain

etc

I am amazed by his sincerity, and if true, I made a mistake, it's orlandocarrentalairport, was because it had demand for traffic Google tool, which costs money as the daily cost, I thought it would be useful for Adsense monetization or Parking.

Grateful for your advice, next time, I'll do the verbatim, what you told me 7 points.

But I have a question, can you give me example also did not understand point 5. Do not buy domains where the word order does not make sense.

And an additional question, I can not buy if not available. com,. net, .org, .info, I can buy than .de, .it, .co.uk, etc..

Excellent, your recommendation, at least gradually learning, thanks to you for your expertise. Ok, I will suggest, by pre-appraisal in this forum, for an appraisal.

I'm a little lost, meaning " TM domain ".

Just follow statement #1, the others will point you to taken domains (if you are going for hand regs), or very high priced domains (if you going to buy registered domains).
IMO, the best thing to do is to check the already sold domains to create an idea about the market.

The best appraisal is the signed check.

:talk:

Hi

the other way to look at it is...

the seller sold to a buyer, who could afford the asking price of the domain.

where the amount was not negotiated.

the reality of this occurance is evident, when domans sell above so-called "market price range"

what is "mpr"?

from my perspective, i'd say... it's the "varying price ranges for any category or group of domain names, that are actively traded by resellers"

imo....
