Just wondering....
there are Hosting companies and domain register sites that offer domain name appraisals. I had submitted a domain name for appraisal value through "NameBoy.com" and got the following:
*Appraisal Value of outlife.info
- Dollar Value is $5959.
I had recieved a "Certificate of Value" with it explaining the process of thier evaluation.
MY QUESTION IS... does offering this "certificate of appraised value" add more of a concrete sales pitch?
Do you think I can actually offer $5000. and get it more easily if I include that certificate?
Does anyone want to buy it?

Nobody takes automated appraisals seriously, or any appraisals for that matter. Sorry they got your hopes up.

So WHAT does the forum think about the estimated value of this is????

This is just my opinion but if you are just talking about the name alone .i.e its not developed or has hidden traffic, its worth what you paid for it.

It is (and again this is just my opinion), an example of names that does not fit the extention

Appraisal services are not to be trusted but I find estibot.com is the closest to providing some useful guidance. In this case it says $20 which seems reasonable if you can find someone who can use it, doubt if a domainer would pay that.

you would have to develope it for any value

I agree with the buddies here, it's not focused to any market in particular, is as well not matching really good with the extension.

Reg fee on this one, but do not be down with the appraisals, every name can be a winner with the correct development.

Best of luck.

Eth.
