advice What is the best format for outbound marketing?

I am looking forward to selling my domains to end users than selling it on auction sites for peanuts.

So as domaining experts, what you people advise me so I can initiate outbound marketing process. Please specify a general template for it and how to precisely target my clients? And how to convince them to buy a relating domain for their online or offline business, even if they don't need any.
