What I can do in 35 Minutes....

So I decided I would see what type of site I could put up in 35 minutes jsut for the fun of it. Obviously the site was already pointed to the hosting compny but other than that NOTHING was done. The timer started when I started uploading Joomla and end 35 minutes later and I stopped in the middle of typing the last article which isnt on the site becuase I didnt have it done.

Anyways here it is.. Brokerages.biz

This site is the Fourth in my "Web Ring .biz phase"

CreditReport.biz
MortgageQuotes.biz
StockQuote.biz

I have one more dotBIZ to finish all five. It is just a little idea I had to do the five sites and see how all the links and relevant sites worked together.....

Well just wanted to share my 35 minute accomplishment with everyone.... Some of you may not be impressed but I am.... I am thinking about trying the same thing.. except for a weekend. See how many "mini/portal sites I could get going in 48 hours......" Maybe I could make the first NP Reality TV show about it..... Call it "the NP Weekend Warrior"

I'm impressed. It looks clean, professional and on a quick glance, full of good info.

What are you using to get that news feed in the right sidebar? Is it an RSS reader plugin? I've never used Joomla, I'm a Wordpress girl.

To be 100% honest for it being only 35 mins and without a logo it looks pretty darn good. Obviously there is work to be done but good job !

Just my 2 cents worth..the colour is a bit drap..

Have you considered using other colours?

I agree the color could be better. But if you take a look at:

CreditReport.biz
MOrtgageQuotes.biz
and
StockQuote.biz

They all follow the same consistency and these just happen to be the colors in the Joomla Template....
