Hi, What exactly CPC works in "broad" and "exact" types in google keyword tool.

Lets say for "insurance quotes", i got below data:

insurance quotes: Rs.2,060.91 (Approximate CPC (Search))

[insurance quotes]: Rs.2,826.46 (Approximate CPC (Search))

What exactly are above amounts (How can i get benefit with these keywords, lets say by building a website)?
Any in detailed explanation please?

Cost Per Click
The Adwords tool is actually meant for website owners looking to get more traffic to their sites by getting their ads places on other sites and Google searches.

You can think of it as bidding on traffic who is searching for particular keywords. If an advertiser decides he is willing to pay 25 cents for insurance keywords his ads don't really stand a a chance of getting placed. So, CPC is the average cost per click that advertisers need to bid to get their ads placed and pay if the placement results in a click.

This can benefit you if you are using adsense and ranking for high paying keywords. It doesn't mean that you will average a $10 payout for searches with a $10 CPC as Google takes their cut before paying you. Basically it gives you an idea of how competitive advertising competition is for those keywords.
