well this is more of a idea then a design any how heres my idea.
Basics I create a forum and for ever thread you make you earn $0.01 or $0.001 or $0.0001 for every post you get on your threads. the maximum is 1 thread for each section every hour. The money I pay them with is from ads I can defently make enough to pay for $0.0001 my plan is to start the site at $0.01 for the 1st week then put it to $0.0001 then basing on the amount im earning from ads if im earning well I will top up the payment. minimum pay out will either be $1 or $2. Hopefuly I will be able to get enough money from ads to keep it at $0.01 for every post you get on your thread. Im also thinking of making it if you buy 1 year membership for $2 you can post 2 threads every hour in each section. The main thing I have to think about now is how to make sure people post content that others will like enough to post on
