This is what I sent to 123-reg.co.uk regarding one of my domains



Hi I consistently cannot change the nameservers for -----.es . Message keeps coming up is

Setting nameservers to ns1.bodis.com and ns2.bodis.com

Failed to change nameservers for ------.es
Entity reference not found


Can you help please?

I can confirm that the registry have contacted us to say that the domain is registered within an account with www.Red.es. You will need to contact them in regards to the nameserver issue.

Red.es has not got back to me...I sure hope this domain is till mine as I paid for it. What do you guys think?

This could be for technical reasons, the DNS may not be compliant.
Other ccTLDs such as .de are quite strict about it, if the name servers fail the tests, the registry will reject them.

Maybe using a third party DNS service would be the solution.
