Well, .travel is not very popular.

El Salvador is a country but not exactly a tourism hot spot.

Turkey would be pretty good even in .travel, but not Turkish imo.

Thank you . These are only examples. But can you invest and bid in distinct domains for other countries? Let it be Turkey. travel

It is almost a dead extension.

NameBio shows (5) sales in the last (2) years for $41,600 total.

When you factor in World.Travel (which is an amazing combo) sold for $41K of that total, it is even less impressive.

I'm not thinking about sales in numbers over $1000 but I'm thinking about whether people will be interested in the Travel domain or not.

Depends entirely on the strength of the combo, whether there is interest or not. I struggle with the domains in question, personally. Hope you get a bid

Depends if you like travelling at own risk.

I like .travel extension, and generally travel industry domains, both geo and not, but I have to admit, it's a very narrow niche (dot travel), you really need to have only 1 quality word before it, in order to sell.
I sold pattaya.travel here on NameProst for $110 (only!), for example.
99% of major destinations, countries and cities are taken for this extension.

ElSalvador.travel won't work, because the country is considered one of the most dangerous destinations for tourism in recent years, on top there is an article (''El'')

Turkish.travel - like, for Turkish people? Won't work.

Make a list of cities, resorts and destinations and check them out in bulk, if you like this extension.
But also be aware that annual charges for this tld is much higher than of .com.

Good luck!
