I found a geo domain and I know those are worth a good amount of money. However, the town that this geo domain belongs to only has a population of about 500 people (from what Wikipedia tells me). So, how much do you think that could be worth?

Is it a unique feature (geographically speaking)? How many letters? Where is it, United States, somewhere else?

Unless its a tourism hotspot, then its worthless. Just think what the 500 people are worth to any advertiser? How many people would even be online among the 500?

IMO, if you want to reg such geo domains, I suggest you get a list of all geo names from South/North Dakota, Washington, then check them. The last time I checked, there were many towns with population >3000 still available to reg
