question What CRM do you use to keep track of prospects?

Please share software that is either free or low cost that has no ongoing fees to use a full version of it. I am referring to software to keep track of all info relating to any possible prospects and all negotiations with them.

A searchable database would be ideal. Spreadsheets are too messy for so much info for each domain. All the software I have seen so far requires a fee every month to keep using it, which adds up to too much over time.
