What CPM Should I Use?

I just opened up the website www.GetScrims.com a few days ago. I paid to have it advertised on the front page of a popular gaming forum (ad stopped 2 days ago) and now my stats are starting to settle down.

I made the site for competitive halo teams who need to find other teams to scrim/play against. It is very simple and it's safe to say it's not content driven. It's just a web based chat, list of recently posted scrims, and a few other pages.

Right now I'm using popuptraffic but for a couple reasons I'm wanting to switch. They don't really count real traffic and I've heard a lot of bad comments about them.

I was getting about 1K unique visitors when it launched, and now that it's running on word of mouth advertising it's gone down to roughly 3-400. So what CPM network would you suggest for a small site like this?

www.neoffic.com is scamming me for my traffic. My site has around 900 uniques a day USA traffic. They only paid me 24 unique ips..
