What can I do to improve my marketing system?

i use a 5 part business plan, but im sure i can do more to make better money, what do you think? Do you have any tips?

1. Buy domains
2. Park
3. WhyPark.com
4. Mini site with wordpress
5. Sell

Basicly i buy a domain name, then park it with sedo. Wait a month or so to see if gets any traffic without me doing anything. if it does and i don't have time to build a mini site i move it to whypark.com. i can built a whypark in less than 20 min. if i do have time i develope a mini site using wordpress with original content. After whypark as i have time i built the wordpress mini sites and promote them. then the last step, i sell them for hundreds of thousands of dollars!!!!! lol i wish!!!!

I think it would be perfect.
maybe you can try getting short domain names ?
domains parked at whypark are really great :D
you can get lots of dollars
