WhyPark.com - Linking to your site, is it good or bad?

In WhyPark.com, I'm hosting about 20 sites for now. I just created a page with links to all the other 20 sites on whypark, for the reason of creating backlinks to my sites.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing? dunno, maybe google doesnt link linkbacks from the same IP?

I would like to know what do you think.

It'll help you in Yahoo and MSN, but maybe not in Google. They won't penalize you, but it probably won't help.

It should help. I'm linking in to a few of my sites and the sites now have a PR3.
