These are 100% opinion of course and some names I think more highly of because I'm planning development on them:
1. Poker.in - That's a no-brainer...depending on what I hear on a phone call I'll be getting tonight, it may now be sold for the mid xx,xxx I was expecting...here's hoping.
2. NameTrader.com - I'm dying to develop on this, as I bought it to develop on, but I know it's going to take a lot of money, time, and effort, and effort is about all I've got plenty of anymore. Look for it in the future to put Sedo and Afternic to shame.
3. WhatsMyName.com - I'm dying to develop on this, but I keep getting stuck on what I want on the site. Argh! One thing I've always liked is the good OST for the exact phrase, now 4,802. Regardless of the opinions of others on the name, I know this will be a cool popular site when I'm done with it, and the name's quality will be key in that success.
4. DrPoker.com/net - I just need to get a list of all the poker pros' emails and phone numbers so I can see which one of them wants it. Howard Lederer is the Professor of Poker, but
5. NewStars.com - This is arguable...I've had "high xx" been said here before even though I paid low $x,xxx in a drop auction. One thing is for sure: the value is in the development.
6. Obestatin.com (w/ Ghrelin.com & others in a set) - Sure to be #1 in the future once obestatin gets more testing...ghrelin is the hormone in humans that causes hunger, and obestatin is the recently discovered hormone that counteracts it. Not the biggest gem of a name yet, but definitely a keeper for the future if it turns out to be a viable weight loss solution.
7. Casino.com.mt - As Casino.hk sells for a 2nd time in the last few months, this time for 20 large, I've got high hopes for this, although I'll certainly have to do some direct email-to-email to find the future buyer to have any chance...since .mt is not available and thus .com.mt is the best extension for Malta, this could wind up being one of my best sales ever when it happens.
8. Ad.cc - Okay, so it wasn't among the elite LL.cc's recently offered for sale here, but I think for $550, I got a steal...the alternative for ad.ext at the moment was Ad.st for $1,000...I'm sooo glad I didn't do that!
9. Travel.cg - I have no idea what it will end up selling for, but Travel.anything is so ridiculously hard to find available, I'm happy to have gotten my hands on this.
10. Games.vg - A personal favorite of mine. There have been some high Games domain sales, and considering VG is a common short for Video Games, this extension doesn't hurt as bad as it might otherwise. It helps that I have Game.vg too and can sell them as a set.
