What are the parameters involve in Domain's Selling Price.

As a learner, a question came in my mind that how to calculate the Domain's Selling Price or BIN, is there some parameters involve in it, or it depends on the recent trends or its totally upon Seller.

Because i saw some domain here in NP's marketplace, same type of domains have different asking price.

Estibot value of some domains is more than $XXXX but they the selling it in $30 and on the other-side a newly registered domain having estibot value is $30 but the seller is asking some other amount.

Can someone guide me please..

Estibot and other automated evaluators are not a reliable source of estimating a domains worth.

Use comparable sales (namebio.com), your own judgement, etc.

There isn't a predetermined formula to calculate exactly what your domain is worth
