What about LL.com idns ?

What do you think of LL.com idns ?

While they might make great acronyms, they are difficult to park. Some of my "acronym" domains get excellent traffic but very low click through. I think that a lot of the traffic comes from people that just type in LL for no particular reason, and then move on. Compare that to a site that has highly relevant keywords in the domain. I think that there is value in IDN acronym-like domains, but it is hard to monetize in the short term.

These can be just as valid as ASCII LL.com, but in some languages it doesn't seem to work. In Chinese there a 50K characters and most words only have two characters, so there is not much Acronym action going on there. In Arabic letters stick together, so I don't think it works their either. There is no reason they should not be good in cyrillics or latins. Take CZ for example. The C is only used because it is the closest thing we have to what the Czech want to right, but the real letter with the accent is not an accented version of C. It is a totally different letter.

LL greek IDNs could be a good choice (or better... I hope so: I have one of them :hehe: )
