AI is slightly different as it is not being seen as a .com substitute, as is the rest of those you've listed, but an identity in its own right. That said I wouldn't touch the AI extension unless I had a Very good word associated with its Development or Global Market Impact.

Even then i'd probably look for a two word term and go with the.com
