I was driving around and I started to see this on every Taxi I passed,We Unlock Cars.I went home and hand regged it.I was curious if anyone else see's this phrase on taxis.For some reason yellow cab does not have this phrase on their cabs.I live in North Carolina and would love to hear if anyone else sees this,Thanks,K

Taxi's and Tow Trucks do it here in Canada, for a fee, it's called a Slim Jim entry.

I haven't seen it advertised on the cars but I have seen the same type of wording
or very close to it, on the side of a mobile residential unlocking service truck.

Did you check for any TMs?

This might be a gray area, but you could also be inadvertantly squatting. In any case, I suggest being careful how you use this domain, especially if you set up a parking page and start running ads for a keysmith business with the same name.

As I said, it's a gray area, but it seems that, lately, WIPO cases have been favoring plaintiffs in disputes that fall in gray areas.

It is a clever and memorable domain, and call for action phrases are quite popular right now; therefore, I think we'll be seeing more URDP cases involving such domains.

I do think that this is a great end user domain, and I was surprised that the company posting this phrase on their taxis didn't "get it."

But end users tend not to think like us.

Well, I'm in Eastern Europe, so I'm not likely to see that phrase on any taxis for a while.



But you never know; I do see a lot of English phrases around the city, mostly on billboards.

i haven't noticed those words on taxis, but i'll start looking. there is a similar (but unrelated) and pithier phrase that i see on signs from time to time in my neck of the woods. like 'we unlock cars' the keyword has no searches or advertisers (which is why i'm sure domainers pass them up) but you have to wonder why the companies that use the words on their signs don't go the next step and use them for websites. maybe they just need a smart 'branding consultant/domainer' to tell them what to do. good luck with the domain.

nice name "call to action" congrat. I can see many unreg "we service" style domain but as yours was displayed on taxi vehicles worth the reg.
You might get the .mobi and .tel is still unreg, could be useful too, my 2 cents.

tkstark-You are right because there is no traffic domainers would not want to touch it.I guess I will just email and cold call taxi companies .

I am not a fan of service domains that are just one service of many that a company offers.

It's like if you had WeCatchMice.com. Exterminators handle a wide variety of pests. So should they get WeCatchMice.com, WeKillTermites.com, WeKillBees.com, etc... or just CompanyName.com?

I always see Pop-A-Lock (24 hour Locksmiths) being advertised on various billboards, cars, buses, etc -- Popalock.com .

Personally, I kinda like the domain, but it really begs for some kind of development or enduser.
