How do I unlock domains at Registerfly?

I've been trying to figure out for the last couple of days how to unlock domains to transfer them out, but nothing seems to work. They are all on locked status and I don't see any way to unlock them. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Login
click on the number (6) beside where it says domains
click on the domain you want to unlock (don't just tick it, click on the name)
you should see this

Domain Information
Domain expires: 2007-05-18
Auto Renew: Disabled
Domain Status : Locked
ProtectFly : Disabled

click on the word "locked"
untick it, then click update

and that "should" do it I say "should" cause you never know with them

But I just did it with one of mine and it did work...

That's weird there is nothing for me to "tick". I clicked on the word locked, but all it seems to do is refresh the page, not giving me options for anything. My whole account is locked this way with no options for unlocking. Several months ago I was able to lock and unlock, it looks like I don't have the option anymore.

I have exactly the same problem with some of my domains - before I could unlock everything!

How far are you getting past the login?

I get all the way to the Locked button. I click on it and it just refreshes the page.

Try holding the shift key when you click on it,
it may be a blocked page

but I went through the steps completely on mine
just to be sure it works.

It didn't work. I'm going to try creating a dummy account and pushing it to myself to see what happens.

Keep us updated...I've received domains via push, but never
done one myself (only transfers out) so I don't know how they
work, but hopefully from you to you will solve the issue...
unless it has to be unlocked for the push to happen :bah:

Unlocking worked on my dummy account. Time to push all my domains over.

I'm unlocking to switch to another registrar. I'll keep the throwaway domains with them, but I have about 9 of them I want to renew.
