.mobi weiwei.mobi developed using ASP.NET ?

I found weiwei.mobi changed a lot, now it is so great!

I also saw weiwei.mobi's pages are .aspx. it seems they used ASP.NET to develop, and weiwei.mobi gets 5 scrore via .mobi testing. but I tried ASP.NET by myself, I just get 3 score or lower.

Is there some skills using asp.net to develop .mobi website ?
