Website forms sent as e-mails???

hello,

i'm new to web design and i am trying to create a feedback form for my website. i would like all requested fields to be sent as an e-mail with a given subject. is there any way that this is possible ???

Check out http://www.hotscripts.com and look under PHP Scripts/Form Processors.

Be careful which one you choose though because they can make your server very insecure.

i'm guessing there is no way of inputting a 'javascript' into the form to make this happen.?
it has to be php script?

i'm rather new to this forum. what do u mean 'pM me'? do you have a script that is able to take a users given information and convert into an e-mail for me to view?
