I dont know any easy to use software to edit websites and forums.

Can you please recommend me a so software which downloads the site i make the changes like put banner, codes, drafting..... almost all types of cchanges and upload the website and forum in single window of a software.

Is it possible?

Please let me know which software can help me in this regard.
