Anyone have a clue what a decent asking price for a site like this might be worth? I'm really tired of dealing with applications, clients and lenders even though the money is good. I would be able to provide partnership with the 2 lenders to whoever bought it and explain in 10 minutes or less how the site works; all content is unique and ranks very well in search results; hell better than any other site in this niche.
