I'm accepting private or public offers; I really haven't put a price on this site like I've stated above. Looking for a serious buyer who wants to obtain a profitable website via the above stats; seems almost impossible to put a price on a specific website these days with the current variance in peopls so called "calculations" in a sites price.

Oh, and in regards to affiliate earnings via the applications it depends, the site recently reached it's main SERPs back in March, I recieve around 50-75 applications a month; revenue is $100 or 10-15% of the loan which ever is greater. I've made about $7,500 on the applications as of March 2009, however, some of that is still pending... if its a settlement advance your paid post pay-back, if it's a pre-settlement advance your paid after the money is loaned.

The site if actually ranking for lawsuit loan and lawsuit loans would almost triple the income; I'd be willing to do the SEO for those keywords if requested, however would be included or gifted into the purchase price. I'm only accepting Escrow as payment. I'm only selling the site if it's a worthy price, its just a pain dealing with clients\lenders some times, but a simple process if automated (can show how), but you'll need to add captcha spam protection on the application page to prevent spam getting to the lenders directly.

Site is CMS based off of wordpress using the page system as CMS. This is site does require daily work, its not a turnkey or just set and forget, you'll need the same amount of effort (1-2 hours a day) to keep the rankings and send out apps to lenders.
