we had for years and have no development projects for it that fit our fractionization biz model and we have zero interest in adsense garbage

so for a biz loan company or a major bank that wants business loans, it's a major keyword for them to develop

so it's on my list of assets to start shaking potential end users for

we got it years ago for one reason it's a mega billion buck industry and some of the wealthiest companies in the world are potential end users

so that's why we got it years ago

we did basically minor development on it, but there's no good small market niche of loan brokers with enough dough to hire sem/seo/smm/ppc gurus

so it's gonna be a dump now

Id ask 6 figures from a major financial firm and see what happens(this isnt a name to sell on BrandBaucket) or 'id partner with someone like Quicken Loans etc on the name and make even more-but Im not a developer.

I'm no expert but being honest, don't think this domain would sell for more than mid $xxx either.

As far as I know Big Loan providers tend to go for short, brandable names and maybe settle for exact keyword names like 'BusinessLoans'. I think 'i' in front takes away all the credibility.

Imagine yourself as potential buyer would you really pay crazy money for this domain or would you settle for one of many available rather cheap option with other letter or word in place of 'i'

the value is in can it get a big bank instant 10QS in a campaign and what does that mean in money

it means instant top of ppc rotation on the term

it means less expensive cpc

so today it's all about can a company control the top 2 spots on a smart phone for their ppc targets

this asset gives a major bank that power

so to a bank, it is a huge asset, just as good as businessloans.com to control ppc with 10QS for that term

to anyone else not buying that term it means nothing

so end user value is through the roof as one already mentioned

but usually it's a private deal with no one talks conditions on it
