Hi,
I am looking for full time web designer with basic coding knowledge - basically to start with one person who can develop the complete site. pref based in India, reachable over phone and skype. I am based in Chennai.

looking forward to getting about 5 domains developed out of the following domain on project basis (will pay about $25 - $40 per site) -
yas.in => Youth Affairs and Sports (official govt site yas.nic.in)
