Am not sure I'll find what I want but will try as I posted before with only partial success:
I own large number of domains ( currently parked) and would like to develop part of them - most into minisites (about 5-8 pages). I need someone who can handle not just desig, but also:
- create content (articles etc..)
- help me monetize (install adsense, affiliates, help with ideas)
- build and drive traffic on regular basis by SEO, link buildig etc
I will pay for designs, but prefer someone who is willing to do traffic/seo on basis of getting agreed procentage of my revenue ( adsense etc).

a. you are experienced in BOTH webdesign and SEO/ttraffic building
b. you can attach portfolio of previous work
c. you do this type of work as main job, not temporary (or just between 1 am to 4 am...) and be reliable with timelines.
