Need to build minisites and do SEO/traffic building

I have many good keywords domains that are currently parked, but would like to develop them into attractive yet simple minisites ( possibly within whypark.com) with adsense, banners etc.
Need someone who could do seo and drive traffic to these sites on regular basis.
