First the warning:
The google keyword tool gave me a poorly designed captcha. I believe that I got it right, but by looking at it I could easily see how the people they used to create the "correct" answer would have answered them differently. I got two of these in a row. I should have skipped both. Instead, I answered both and in a way that was "wrong". Big mistake, I am now unalbe to access the tool due to "unusual traffic", for example "automated queries".
So, if you get a bad captcha that has too much room for error in interpretation, skip it.
How do I get around this, other than change my IP address? Will the block eventually go away?
Thanks!
Edit: just for clarification, I have never, not even once, used any kind of a script or automated tool with the keyword tool. I believe due to the timing that this is related to me answering the two capthas in a row wrong and nothing else. But only two wrong seems a bit strict, what else could be going on?
