Wanted: Web Designer (Just the design, no coding)

I have been doing web design for years, but I am in over my head with projects and I simply would like to contract out this project.

This is for the design only, no coding. I just want the .psd or the design file.

The project is for a Hacienda/Mexican style furniture store.

I have TONS of professional photos taken of the store and furniture, even a logo. The design needs to go along with all the advertisements and color scheme.
