Wanted: Partner for Network of vBulletin Sports Forums (Investment required)

I'm looking to run this sports forum network I already have in development with someone else as well. I want a business partner to do this with me for years and years as a business and also be my partner in other projects. This partnership will require an investment ranging from $500-$1000. It's also a buy in of the current establishment. If you cannot invest, please do not contact me. I'm serious about this Network and other expansion.
