Need Custom Vbulletin skin and logos

I need a custom skin for my vbulletin forum which will include a logo, custom buttons, one which would include flash.

I want something unique and exciting that would creatively reflect my design concept. Graphic mockups based on vbulletin design that we would code ourselves will be considered.

Good communication and adherence to agreed upon deadlines is necessary.
I would also like the ability to request revisions if needed.

Details on the concept will be provided upon review of portfolio and acceptable pricing.

Our demographic is Boomer Women. This design must appeal to the female market, be fresh, clean, and professional.
