Hi,

I would like to develop renting.hk in to a property rental site for Hong Kong.

I would like a site a bit like www.rightmove.co.uk or something similar.

my budget is $200 maybe a bit more if your designs are superb.

I have my own hosting.

Specs:

- clean design
- modern design
- will pay for logo design
- payment by paypal
- agents / public can sign up for free and cost and upload properties
- easy backend for administrators

Is the logo being designed seperatly or part of the site?
I would be able to code this but It would take a little while, does your host surport php?
$200 or more if your designs are supberb what if your code is good? would the prices increase then?

Would you want the payments to go into paypal so that they can add a propety?

Thanks is advance I may try to mock up a design latter, I will not start coding this project though untill you are happy with a design and are happy with me to carry out the project.

- yes money is to go to paypal
- my hosting does support PHP, it is with surpass
- its upto you with the logo, I will pay extra if you produce an amazing logo

Just one more thing, I would like to integrate phpld into one of the pages so that I can offer link exchange for people.
