I am seeking anyone that would like to add or develop a portfolio. I would like someone who can make a web design (doesnt have to be coded) for free.

Designs must be of a very high quality. When the design becomes live recognition of the design will be displayed on the homepage of the project.

Yeah, you read correctly. As I stated i am looking for someone to build their portfolio.
Also we did find someone, but he was very annoying and rude so I decided to cancel.
