Hi

in India weekly newspaper published by ( ******* group ) every Friday. It has features on news, leisure, events, cuisine, Travel etc. copy every Friday. One thing, it is absolutely free, second thing, it is delivered door step, it feature happening things in city its very low subscription

Recently the paper completed two years.
when i saw the paper there is no trade marks or registered mark

the paper name with the ( city***** ) and some extension name they publish this kind of paper almost on major cities . now i prepared a web site related to my city name . what they are using exact name . are they have any rights to get back my domain. or there is any legal issues

i registered this domain name 18 months back when i don't know there is a paper running in city with the same name
please suggest me.

just suggest me what are the processes i have to fallow ..

I'm pretty sure if they have no TM's and you even registered the domain before they were running the city paper, you are fine.

Just don't try to monetize off of the other companies doings.

* If I was you, I would try to hint to them it's for sale. Since most will relate the domain to their business anyway.
